It's Prepper and Prepper is Renderman,
Although it is actually never stated that it is Renderman, and is technically named Prepper. It could be likened to a
lesser version of people wanting to call Endermen "Farlanders." The only connection being made is by users relating two things some call creepy. But, as lesser version, they do use the same face. But they occur differently.
