I think it should only appear on the halloween slate map after halloween. And maybe people who have maps could have it be activated like rain or snow. |

You can disable it by disabling Brick_Halloween already. |

Please note: The bots don't spawn on lit maps. The particles - the faces - still do, but more rarely than on dark maps. |
