Badspot should keep prepper after halloween and here's why.

I think it should only appear on the halloween slate map after halloween. And maybe people who have maps could have it be activated like rain or snow.

You can disable it by disabling Brick_Halloween already.

Please note: The bots don't spawn on lit maps. The particles - the faces - still do, but more rarely than on dark maps.

Except when you want to have something Halloween related and have Prepper flying everywhere.
