The game has serious compatibility problems with 32-bit.
But you could give it a go.

also i'll add a characters section to the OP. post your characters and what world they are in.
Also to make this game work with steam add non steam game, browse to the folder, then binaries, then the APB.exe
It doesn't work if you choose from the list but it does with that for some reason.
