JVS doors tutorial???

Can someone give me a link to a tutorial on how to make JVS door addons? I need it right now, because I forgot how to

do it. A freind needed me to make a door and he neeeded it fast and I said I could do it, but now i forgot how. I know

all of the scripting, i just need help with the modeling and the animating and joints and all of that crap.
