Random server issues

Some of you may know i perform at my server sometimes, But recently people have been joining, And crashing (Timing out) after 5 minutes of being in the server, I have no idea what is wrong with my blockland, Anyone know a fix or something that can help me? I love doing performances for people and if i get this fixed then i can do alot more.

No music enabled. Never really is, and also if i ever do it's just the default
