^^^^ As long as tony can use this argument, he will not be banned. Badspot hates furries with a passion, and the more that the brony fandom resembles furfandom, the less likely that badspot will ban tony.
The best course of action would just to be to ignore him.

Found it, replace the words furry with pony or brony. The furry in the comic makes up the same points as you do.
