It also strikes me as a little bit hypocritical that you undoubtedly attempt to use "KiL STOKIN" as a method of diminishing Lord Tony's intelligence. "KiL STOKIN" is indeed a shortening of "Kill Stocking" that is completely understandable. You attempt portray that as unintelligent while, according to your argument, that is completely intelligent.
It kind of suggests that you don't believe what you are saying, or perhaps have rethought it.
It was alluding to a perceived illiteracy. Spelling words incorrectly isn't a colloquialism, "KiL" is not shorthand for "kill", it's a misspelling.
That doesn't take away from the fact that it is super redundant in its existence and nearly useless. On top of that the word "'cause" has existed much longer than "cuz" and is also more formal so it would make sense that the word "'cause" is what children are actually learning.

Also, just because you can make a word that people understand doesn't mean you should use it. It can remove the logic from the structures of words and make it extremely confusing to learn. Using such words just make it more difficult for others. Sure you are using it now inside of a group who understands it, but then it become a habit and commonplace which will temporarily confuse people who come across it.
This is an English-speaking forum. If I were speaking with a foreigner without a solid education in English, I'd speak slowly and use simple words.
