If people like sonic for the games that's one thing. If people draw sonic fanart and pretend to be sonic and create their own sonic persona then they are a type of furry.
Now replace the word sonic with pony and and games with TV show and you will get the exact same response.

I somehow doubt that. You even got some bronies on the forums saying they will forget ponies and even collect dolls to do who knows what.
