| setting up servers requires me to restart BL |
| (1/1) |
| The Corporation:
For some reason, I try to setup a server after I haven't been on BL for a long time or if I haven't touched the game in a while, the setup will go into a loop that could be possibly caused by RTB, (I'll post a console log the next time I see it) and it requires me to restart BL and start the server again. |
| The Corporation:
here it is. It just keeps doing this over and over again --- Code: ---% getSubStr(...): error, starting position and desired length must be >= 0: ("</no tic",2, -3) BackTrace: ->RTBCC_Socket::onLine->XMLParser::bufferData % % getSubStr(...): error, starting position and desired length must be >= 0: ("</no tic",2, -3) BackTrace: ->RTBCC_Socket::onLine->XMLParser::bufferData % % getSubStr(...): error, starting position and desired length must be >= 0: ("</no tic",2, -3) BackTrace: ->RTBCC_Socket::onLine->XMLParser::bufferData % % getSubStr(...): error, starting position and desired length must be >= 0: ("</no tic",2, -3) BackTrace: ->RTBCC_Socket::onLine->XMLParser::bufferData % % getSubStr(...): error, starting position and desired length must be >= 0: ("</no tic",2, -3) BackTrace: ->RTBCC_Socket::onLine->XMLParser::bufferData % % --- End code --- |
| otto-san:
It's an issue apparently caused by the XML parser trying to do stuff with invalid XML. Unless Ephi is able to single out the issue, you may have to see if (an) add-on(s) are/is causing the problem. This has only happened to me once. |
| MegaScientifical:
They found the problem and it should be fixed in the next RTB version. At the very least they know the/a cause of it. |
