What exactly makes someone a good RPer? Is it someone who is good at designing RPs or someone who is good at playing RPs? If it's the latter, it seems as though it would be somewhat difficult to classify someone either as a "good" or a "bad" RPer.

Personally it is someone who RPs extremely well as in acting
