You canlt hack Blockand with Cheat Engine. All variables are stored on the server and unless you are at the server's computer screen, you cant change anything.
And even with eval, those are admin to super admin only, which CAN NOT be changed by the client.

He used it for the singleplayer demo.
If you're the host, you can edit the variables.

He used cheat engine to get more bricks.
He did eventually buy the game.
It's not like he somehow used it to hack servers.
