Purposely bumping month old topics for no reason is bannable, and with Devo's case of doing this on multiple topics, he won't be here much longer.

Bumping a topic that you plan on contributing to, or bumping your own topic for people to look at and discuss is fine (as long as you don't repeat it).
It looks like this guy is just dumb.
