That would appear so.
I just makes me so mad how Canadians are given next to no credit in all of the wars we where in. It also makes me mad how the US pretty much disregards the existence of the war of 1812. Probably because they lost so badly. But for god sakes the Star-Spangled Banner is about the "Canadiens" and British attacking.

yeah pretty cool but the German trenches were made out of concrete and wood while the allied trenches were literally dug by hand.
