They are fairly low quality.  No balance, not a lot to look at, etc.  Very simple. 

It could've been done a lot better.  But it was probably fun to make, and that accounts for something.

Maps are made with Torque map creators (Or any other sort of Torque editor)

And are created to be additions to Blockland. Add-ons work in a similar way.

Maps stay where they are.
