He made a drama and then freeze argues with him
Instead of keeping it in one threads, he makes another thread about one person in his other thread

Badspot doesn't enforce COPPA and if he did Freeze probally has his parents permission.

There are people here who are younger than Freeze and get away with it (ChappersTeddy), nobody really enforces the COPPA anymore.
