Does anybody have the add-on "Light Machine Gun"

I made a topic like this long ago and I really really want this add-on
It looked like this
It went on a vehicle as a turret but you could also use it by itself as a vehicle
Id be very very happy if someone could find this or link or whatever for me! :D
