Return to Blockland Glitch?

Hello, i am unable to install return to Blockland V4. Whenever i click update, it tells me the file is read only. It is NOT read only. I also tried downloading the update manually, but it still stays at v3. What is going on?

Add-ons are now stored in Documents/Blockland/Add-Ons.
