Bockland animation

hey um can anyone recommend me a good animator program with which i can animate blockos

What do you mean by animate blockos? Do you mean make minifigs? Model them in Milkshape or Blender, then script them.

i dont want to script them, i want to make o movie

Try using Blender.
Don't even count on it though, it takes lots and lots of work to work this program.
