Launcher Error - Missing Help Files

Also the same error occurred on my brother's computer, the only difference is that his BL worked after two tries.

Please get the latest version of the launcher here http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=172945.0 and try again. Post your new launcher.log if the problem is still there.
