well there was a live-action version of Mai-chan no Nichijou announced, not sure if that ever existed.

Shuffle is ok, art is a bit dated though. There are two translated fandiscs called "Tick! Tack!" and "Really? Really!", continuing from (respectively) Nerine and Kaede's routes. Didn't care for Tick! Tack! and Really? Really! was...kinda meh. Introduced a new character that felt pretty shoehorned.

I haven't read a whole lot myself but I do recommend Grisaia no Kajitsu and G-Senjou no Maou. Hoshizora no Memoria was pretty good too.

I got Shuffle cause I watched the anime ages ago, so I wanna see how the VN is.

I tried Hoshizora no Memoria, but it wouldn't work on my PC, dead GPU means no DirectX, which it required. I'm gonna try the other two you mentioned, but I feel like they're not gonna work either. They'll probably require DirectX just because I want to try them.

I find it extremely hard to find good anime. I think I've pretty much seen every horror one out there... I wish they'd make more of them instead of kawaii desu stuff with no decent plot.

Any recommendations? Doesn't have to be horror, just a lot of action, nothing boring.

Yeah, I think they both need DirectX. G-Senjou no Maou is older, though, so you might want to try that first.

Meant to finish the Shuffle anime since I was like a quarter of the way through, but I heard they forgeted up Kaede's character by turning her into a yandere (which is COMPLETELY LEFT FIELD) so I kinda lost interest. I'll finish it eventually.
