I may have found the absolute worst anime in existence. It's "Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-Chan." This thing has an annoying catchphrase, seen in the image I posted, has artwork ranging from great to horrifying, and has such a dumb story. Yes, I know it's supposed to be a comedy, but it isn't that funny, just bad.
