i just finished Death Note, first new-to-me anime i've seen in a few years i think
it was fun, spoiling thoughts: "i think he could have won had he been just a bit more cautious with x-kira. L's death was the worst part. D:"


now i need some other not incredibly long finished series to try out

Just spent the last two days watching Chuunibyou demo Koi ga stuffai...
It was really good but the ending didn't really go the way I was hoping.

Edit: How was Brotherhood better than the first?
The voice actors sucked in Brotherhood for one.

I didn't watch BH in dub, and I didn't watch the first one subbed. BH subbed sounded fine.

Give Planet of the Beast King a try. It's not that long and it's a decent anime. It's not a masterpiece but it's still a very enjoyable anime. Plus it's dubbed, it's a good dub too.
