It's a Japanese Street-Fighter type of game involving anime girls as the playable characters.

It doesn't look like Street Fighter at all, the only resemblance is the genre.

The in-game sprites seem to be based more on the light novel illustrations, but I don't think there are any characters (yet) from novels without adaptions of some kind.
