Yeah that has always been one of if not my favourite opening.
Deadman Wonderland was pretty good too, Ghostintheshellies 2nd gig op wasn't particularly amazing but every time it gets to "stand or die" I semigasm.
Honourable mentions to Toradora and Working for their poppin' tunes, as well as Angel Beats and R.O.D the tv for some mean piano and funky jazz.
