I'm in the middle of a show right now, don't even know the name.

some humans live under the oceans, not like in domes, just straight up fish-like. walking around the streets on the ocean floor.
and these kids go to a school up on land and we see all the great racism clashing of the people.

they have fire down under water... and they talk to each other.
and they use stairs to get to the second floor, even though one can hop-float up if they want, and sometimes they do...
its bugging the forget out of me lol. the laws of nature don't apply

Protag's a bitch but he gets better, it left off on a huge loving cliffhanger around New Year's but the next episode is tomorrow.

I like it. Bit heavy on the crying at some points but w/e. Animation is more or less consistently good because PA Works. Background art is basically scenery research, also because PA Works.

The watchlist for this season is slim.

• Nobunagun - Considering Nobunaga is my brother (I am Nobubrother in some circles after all) and I too am a military otaku, this is basically my baby. A minigun is exactly what Nobunaga would strap to his arm given the chance. 100% Crazy
• Nobunaga The Fool - more nobunaga i can't handle it ahhh. But, uh...

• Space Dandy - a dandy guy in the space. It's goofy and stupid so that makes it my winding down anime for the season. Also, cloud to butt XCKD edition makes all mentions of it Spaaace Dandy. I am milking that stuff.
• Robot Girls Z - i don't even know of a reason man it's got mazinger stuff ok

I'm also considering D-Frag, apparently it's pretty okay.

Going to finally be catching up on...

• Fate/Zero - I have watched bits and pieces at people's house for ages when it was the telly, but I finally got off ass and downloaded a 50gb batch. The time has come.
• Carnival Phantasm - Finished it yesterday. Rewatching tomorrow. Final Dead Lancer will forever be the crowning achievement of modern anime.

Yep, D-Frag's hella good. ED of the season it looks like.

Nobunagun is going to be crap, but it's going to be entertaining crap.
Nobunaga the Fool has mechs lolwut, pretty good so far.
Space Dandy is nuts, but Dandy as a character kind of sucks.
Robot Girls Z is the best.
D-Frag is awesome.
Buddy Complex is pretty generic in terms of Sunrise, but it's a hell of a lot better than Valvrave.
Pupipo is pretty good.
Tonari no Seki-kun seems to be aimed at younger audiences because it's not that funny.
Noragami is also pretty generic, but in terms of shonen stuff. Not too bad, though.
Imocho is wtf yuri ghost groping AND incest.
Sonico is forget that I'm watching it with my brain in the next room.
Pilot's Love Story is ok but there's this one part in the first ep that makes you go WHY DID YOU EVEN DO THAT
Witch Craft Works is J.C. stuff.

I think the other stuff on my list is going to come out today.
