the red scarf trend is a nod to the protagonist of getter robo, who is basically entirely composed of hotblood. its not even gender specific
he's also a crazy nut and is the progenitor of the hotblooded archetype. which is weird, cause mazinger z's protag was technically the first one to be hot blooded but was probably not the first one to scream everything he says
