I spend the vast majority of my posts in this thread stuffting on you, so I'll explain it to you. However, for consistency, I will do it in a condescending manner.

Kuroko's Basketball came out before Free though. Also basketball is way more cool than swimming.

Because some subs come out sounding like text book stuff which is quite dull and boring. Or the translations aren't that good or they couldn't translate properly into a north american dialect and used proper english instead. Its kind of like dubs. Some can suck really bad, but some fandubs can make things a lot better or worse.
