Jorgur's RP Treasure Chests

I like this server and have gotten everything but one treasure chest which is "secret", does anyone know where it is?

I've heard you need a horse as well, but I have no idea what area it is in.

You could use a horse, but there is no way to get it there.

Well that almost narrows it down, can you tell me what area it is such as dark forest or fields or by the ogres?
