This one guy has this opinion, like say voting for the president. This one guy is so lazy that he'll vote for the guy who's most likely to win, not the best candidate. Now let's say that a bunch of people share the same laziness and do the same as this one guy. So a bunch of people start this nonexistent 'fad' where you vote for the guy who will most likely win. Although the media catches on and starts calling it a fad. Since now it's actually been mentioned, people start voting for the guy who is most likely going to win just because the majority is, and not because that's their own formed opinion. That is bandwagoning. |
