Dedicated server files are not there.

They aren't supposed to be there since v20. You have to create them.
Open notepad, put in:
--- Code: ---blocklandlaucher.exe -dedicated -map slate
--- End code ---
and save it as a .bat into the folder where you have blocklandLauncher.exe located.
If, when you installed Blockland v20, said you wanted the shortcuts for it, they will be on your desktop unless you did something with them.
Titanium:
Another method is to simply re-download V20 from blockland.us and check the "dedicated shortcut" box when prompted during setup.
It will create a LAN Dedicated shortcut and a regular Dedicated shortcut.
