Author Topic: Why do fps have no legs?  (Read 3131 times)

I think in BF3 you can see your legs.

Waittttt they did?!!
I NEVER LOOK DOWN
only if your settings are high enough

Crysis does, hmm, what else...
Edit:
Crysis.
Lol, didn't realize this.

only if your settings are high enough
they are like super high

Not just half assed legs either, some FPS try to show the lower half of your legs but not include your body.

I want to see everything.

Stop changing the subject. This is about legs in FPS games, not bodies in driving games.

Half-Life 2 is a shooter, nice try at trying to start a fight.

Haha, reminds me of this comment or something about mirror's edge, it was something like
"I wanted to see her boobs bouncing but then I saw it was only the legs and feet :("

Because it can get in the way.

Because it can get in the way.

My body gets in my way, better cut it off. Just call me Dr. Floating Arms.

it's a silly aesthetic feature that really isn't necessary at all
the only people that care are people that fight for SUPER REALISM
also first person platforming games and games that feature platforming sections

Seeing your legs & torso can help greatly in platforming sections, and in games that support it, GEWMBA STAWMPIN'. It helps orient you in the environment.
