Weird crash/install bug

Since V20 i was not able to start blockland, since it crashes at the preloader. so i uninstalled, and tried re-installing, when that was finished i went to go fetch some addons and put them in my new blockland folder. when i looked inside my blockland folder, there was only a launcher and an uninstaller, nothing else, i even checken for hidden folders. After some searching i found my addons map and everything else somewhere on my C drive, while i installed blockland on my D drive.

I've tried fixing this but nothing has worked so far, anyone got any suggestions?

lost all my saves aswell...
