You don't understand, I was upset that they disagreed and did so with some insults.

everyone goes through stress in their lives buttforget
it's how they deal with it that's either good or bad
your way of dealing with it(taking it out on a year-and-a-half old topic's posters) is obviously bad and does not work well
maybe get some counseling? a therapist? show your boss you aren't an incompetent infant(you do after all use lots of adult words!) by... not being incompetent and doing your best work?
