Why is my server so laggish?!

Whenever I click a single button, it takes about 3 minutes or so before the screen unfreezes. I have no idea what is happening.

Any one of these could be why.

We need more information, what exactly could be causing this? Do you have an old/slow computer? Are you out of memory? What are your processor specs? How many addons are you using?
Stuff like that is what we need to know in order to diagnose the problem
