After some grit 'n spit, the Garage was constructed, with the help of Norm the medic, and some bits and pieces of destroyed safehouses.
He has provided a little tent unto which you get healed at. If you've been injured, stop on in and lay down on the bed. He'll fix ya up.

Anyways there's some trouble with the zones but I've got it worked out and it's up & running.
