KoopaScooper's Server - November & December: Supply Gather

Good server. Lacking content, and is hard to get around the map due to lack of vehicles. REPHRASE: Things are few and far between.
Both things will be fixed soon.

Done hosting for today. Fixed a lot of bugs and added some more things.
Will update OP tomorrow with new concepts: finding vehicles, sprinting player, and a medic. Yay!
