I remember when Chappers crammed his signature for being 8 years old.
And when I first signed up for the forum, I was greeted with a “I am 13 years or older" box, So, If chappers is 8, wouldn't that mean he is "Illegal"?

It's as illegal as being required to be 18 or older to enter a research site.
