Can anyone give me a port forwarding tutorial?

I'm also 90% sure that udp can't be tested without a program running ???

I got this program off that website there, it says that then it says some solution for that, I don't really think ti matters if it's not a problem though.

Nope, only required UDP.
However:
1. The UPnP built into Blockland is set to forward both
2. Remote control uses TCP on the server's port

okay then
did it used to require both before Blockland could use UPnP? i feel like it did, but i may be wrong.

Well, people just connected to my server fine, and the program I used said my UDP couldn't be connected to, and hardly any people at all can connect when I use UPnP. Plus, I heard port forwarding is less laggy.
