Today I was hosting and my friends told me I had --- PING and that when they tried to join it said "Send punch packet, request has timed out.".

What should I do to fix this problem?

Not for me, RTB hasn't even been able to connect. :/

Then you may actually have a problem of your own. I, as well as many other players, do not have a problem connecting to the RTB network or receiving the Blockland server list without proper ping levels.
