| Does it take time for a Blockland server to kick in before people can join it? |

I'm trying to test my Port Forwarding, I have noticed this when my friends make servers, but their ping starts out with --- and their RTB says "NO" for five minutes, I can't join then, but then after their ping is normal and RTB says "YES" Is this normal? |

Yes. It takes a moment to post to both query servers usually depending on your/their router(s). |

It's been about 7 or so minutes, mine still says no RTB and no ping. I have RTB and in the console, it has said "Posting to RTB server" and AUTHENTICATION: SUCCESS |

Yeah, it's been like 20 minutes now, it still says No RTB I typed in WebCom_PostServer(); and it still didn't work. |
