Full name: Arendil son of Athrendil
Bio: Arendil's mother died at childbirth, so his father raised him until he was four years old. Arendil and his father were in their house when it burnt down and his father was killed. Arendil grew up in the streets until, at twelve, he was kidnapped by a group of thieves who used him for their evil purposes. Arendil, after months of training in thievery, not only tricked the thieves into letting him go, but swindled them out of their fortune. Recognizing the remarkable success of his deceit, he went on to become the greatest con artist in the kingdom by the age of sixteen. However, when he was around twenty, he attempted to fool the king in a eight month scam, but he was caught and, after returning most of the money he stole, was only sentenced to one year of prison. While he was in prison, he vowed to give up his fraudulent ways and become a Cleric. He spent almost his entire sentence studying. He was only recently released.
