It's like the US but reversed colours. I know of many American-like flags but none like that. Was this a product of stupidity, a mistake, something "original" or some odd country I've never heard of?

Its not supposed to be filled up it is only ACM and BETA City Combine with a small park,if i were to make other buildings i would change the name to ACM and BETA City in the middle of a big city.
