I didn't resize it yet, but I'm planning to have it kind of big, but smaller than what it is atm.

Not really. It's too bulky and boxy. It looks like you're trying too hard to create this other worldy device that shoots napalm grenades. It should look more like a grenade launcher so people at least understand what it is before they pick it up.
