Better yet, how about a squelch command. That way if you're an admin, you can just shut them up once and for all! (this would ONLY work if your an admin though, so ignore would be nice too.)

If a noob abuses you, you will give it him back. You won't stand up for some gimp swearing at you using horrific grammar. Atleast I wont.
