1) Why? 2) What do you mean "complete"? How big of a city do you want? 3) I've seen 'please' be shortened to 'pls' and 'plz', but i have, next to never, seen it spelled as 'plis'
To people who think they're rating their own build; No you're not, knapper probably means that he'll rate your builds or something along those lines
