New Program: E-Communication

One new application for the BC V2 Opera. When you're too far away to communicate to another BC user, try the E-Comm app to mingle. By clicking on the button, it sends a relay to the other users E-Comm app, notifying them, and even communicating. There is an E-Comm language so you can use it without the struggle. A manual will be included with the package.
