This will likely never happen to be honest, this was already discussed years ago, Badspot has made it very clear that he's not going to make some script that restricts people from saving builds.

You can stop savers on a server by erasing a function, but it will 1) Make Badspot angry and 2) Crash anyone who tries to save the build including you
