Aeris is probably a girl. She did pretend to be some network of trolls from 4chan whose brilliant plan owned the entire forum.
If she claims she's a guy, dumb people are extremely willing to believe that and it makes her look like a great troll rather than a big fat ugly Filipino whore that tried to buy the support of a bunch of underage nerds with nude pictures of herself.
