Ribbon CI

Did anyone notice how in the base/client/ui/CI/ folder there is a file called ribbon.png, When does the game ever use that file?

Its in the Tut I believe when you achieve something it does it. I've seen it be used in chat on some friends server and was reminded of it being in the Tut. You soldemly see it outside the Tut unless your using chat and the image code.

It was on Eksi's server or something and he knows how to put icons like death ui's and such in the chat.
